•   I am in my 50’s and returned to one of my Hobbies I had as a kid. My father Stan Sr was the one who taught me the most of what I know about pigeons. He is and was well known in the English Trumpeter group. I spent my early years in the English trumpeters until I was 10.

     I was introduced to Fantails in the 1960’s. These were the days of  Jess Racey, Cy Harper and young Drew Lobenstein. I was given a pair of Blacks from Jess and a pair of Powder Silvers from Drew. That was my start , I stayed in the birds thru the 70’s in Central Calif.  

     I started back into the birds in 2006, when one of my co-workers Doug Hall challenged me to build a loft. He has been a fancier for over 30 years. My wife and partner Debbie had no reservations so here we are.

     My passion are Andalusian. I also love the Reds, Yellows, Powders( both blues and silvers) and the Opals. You can see with the advent of the internet so many good birds from back East, Midwest and Southern Cal immediately. 

  I have started my Stud Lines from Dennis Lawrence, Rusty Cosby, Bob Vincent and Dennis Soares. I will continue to add from reputable breeders like Ben Ferber, Greg Pola, Kyle Christensen, Amir Turkanovic and Seckin Auycan. I would hope to further our cause and strive to breed for perfection. By doing so meet some great people, tell a few lies at the shows and just have fun in our hobby. 

  I cannot leave out the one person that jazzed me up to come back to Fantails, Danny Duren. 

  My goal is to be as well liked in the pigeon world as my father. To breed some quality birds and put my own mark in the Fancy.
